Even if your other hand is permanently sitting on top of Ctrl+Z, in time you will learn to control your movement. The more time you spend on a stroke, the more time you give the computer to detect wavering or wobbling. Also, aim to make your strokes as quick as possible. Try to use more of your upper arm while keeping your fingers and wrist steady. When working with fine details, you will generally have more success zooming in and using a wide movement, than if you stay zoomed out and try to precisely guide your mouse or stylus. Minor imperfections can be concealed by scaling down, and having room for wide movement can also help reduce shakiness.
